This would be great with clear pockets. In my 'perfect sewing room' I would have this hanging up with my little things like bells, buttons and little bits and pieces. I found this one from tipnut too.
They are really just made out of one leg of a pair of jeans!!!! Cute or what. Cheap too. (I have got a few pairs of jeans....cos winter wasn't kind to me!!!!!) This tutorial is from My Byrd House.
I am hopeless with computers...maybe it is my lack on concentration in reading the instructions. I think this would be great to learn. Hope you like it. I found it on House of 3.
This is a nice and simple quilt....ready for the new crafter in the family. Now just have to buy a charm pack for Jordan. This one is thanks to Bubba Chic.
200 posts already!!! Wow. Now I better take a rest and get some sewing done!!!
My 200th posts showcases Char Sethman. She has heaps of tutorials on her blog. I didn't list them all individually....I need to do some crafting myself....so go and check out what she has. Char also has freebies on her sidebar too
This is a beautiful tutorial...and is full of recipes too. Now I want to make soap. I have excema and I can't use perfumed soap...my feet are telling me that because I have not got any cold tar soap!!! This is from Birch Bark Handmade Soap.
I am off to the thrift shop today....hope they still have some gloves there. These are so great....from Martha again. The Japanese have some fantastic crafts!!!! I wonder if they have the instructions in both languages?
Well there is this clever sheila in Australia called Sooz....(I can say that in a sentence...I am an Aussie...just live in Scotland)...well she came up with this tutorial/idea for her daughter to give her husband for Father's Day....well I reckon it would look great just for kids t.shirts....kids are the best artists...and I want my kids to be little again...just to wear their art. Oh I know....their kids can wear their art...I have some great drawings from them....they are only 12 and 10...so I will have to wait a bit.
Oh I needed this today. Brennan is off for a sleepover straight after school...and his clothing is in a shopping bag....would have been great in a bag like that. This is from Living Creatively again. Great idea.
This is a beautiful apron and is made from scratch. I love it. Imagine giving one of these to a little girl for her birthday. I love the artwork on the aprons too. This is from Living Creatively. The project under this one is too.
I am a 42 year old stay at home wife and mother. My boys are 13 and 11 and are becoming 'mature'...so my 13 year old says. My life revolves around my family, photography and friends. We are all Australians and this is our second time living in Scotland.
