Basket of Flowers sampler

I have drawn and sewn this stitchery and you are welcome to use the drawing if you like. If you do this stitchery would you please send me a picture of it? I would love to see it done differently.

I have stitched it using one strand of DMC thread. When I finished it, I gave it a bath in a little weak tea. I then microwaved it in 30 second intervals until it dried. I then put a few splodges of a coffee stain in different parts of it to age it more. If you have any questions..just email me and I will happily answer your questions.

Have a cheap and cheerful day.

  7. Robbie - What size frame did you put it in? Just so I can be on the lookout at the thrift stores for the right one!

  8. Gayle the frame I used was 5 x 13 (the inside of the frame) I am sure you could increase the size if you needed. I am doing another one for a larger frame too. It is 8 x 16. Thanks for all of the comments everyone. xxxRobby
